-
Run the Neurodiversity Education Academy, offering courses and training for professionals and educators to make classrooms more neurodiversity-friendly.
-
Publish My Amazing Brain magazine, host online webinars, and develop the Brainy app.
-
Contribute to global initiatives through the Athens Initiative and other emerging technology projects that support neurodiverse communication.
-
Lead year-round campaigns for acceptance, inclusion, and appreciation across social media and communities.
What we’re looking for
We are open to people who want to make a meaningful contribution. Whether you are a student looking for an internship, or a volunteer with a specific idea, a professional that wants to ‘put in work for the Good’, we welcome your initiative. As there are many people wanting to join, its important that you are preparing your offer. What matters most is that you can clearly share:
- What you want to do. The more clear you are in that, the better we can understand who you are.
- What you hope to achieve. The more clear you are in that, the more we understand how to support you in making that happen.
- How you’d like to contribute to our mission and how you like to work. The more clear you are, the less questions we’d have, and the faster next steps can start.
- How much time and for which period you are offering support. If details are clear, it’s easier to say ‘yes’.
- Why “this” is important to you, personally. If we don’t know why you want to work for this mission, we won’t accept you in our team.
We especially encourage neurodivergent candidates to apply, but are open to all neurotypes.
What we offer
-
A place to contribute to ambitious and meaningful projects, with the freedom to shape your role.

Collaboration with a diverse and international team of around 80 people.

Opportunities to learn from real projects in education, awareness, and innovation.

The chance to be part of a movement that celebrates neurodiversity and builds a future with space for everyone.
