Coaching Services for Neurodiversity at Work

The Neurodiversity Foundation offers professional coaching for individuals and organizations who want to work more effectively with neurodivergence. Our approach is grounded in research and shaped by the lived experiences of neurodivergent people.

Why Coaching?

We regularly hear from employees, HR professionals, and team leaders looking for support with challenges around autism, ADHD, giftedness, dyslexia and other forms of neurodivergence. Research shows that coaching can bring clear benefits, such as:

  • Improved self-regulation and time management

  • Higher job satisfaction and engagement

  • Reduced stress and better mental health

  • Stronger use of personal talents and unique skills

Despite these benefits, coaching for neurodivergent employees is still underused. We aim to make this support more visible and accessible.

Our Approach

Our coaches combine professional expertise with a neurodiversity-affirming mindset. Success factors we emphasize include:

  • A strengths-based approach that values unique abilities and “spiky” profiles
  • Awareness of common neurodivergent patterns.

  • Lived experience from the coach as a neurodivergent professional.
  • Attention to executive functioning, emotional regulation, and trauma awareness.

  • Recognizing when specialist mental health support is needed and referring responsibly.

This ensures coaching is safe, effective, and tailored to each individual’s context.

Her mission is to help individuals and organizations create truly neuro-inclusive environments — where different ways of thinking are not only accepted, but celebrated as drivers of creativity and innovation.

About Saskia Wenniger

I decided to become a coach for this specific clientele after discovering that I tended to attract neurodivergent clients. At the time I was working on building a career around my passions. And I found a lot of clients also stuck in their jobs and eager to pursue new possibilities, but somehow not making much progress on their own. Coaching seemed to help them immensely!
